I give I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal and its representatives permission to enter my property for the purposes of completing pet waste removal and related services.
I understand that upon agreeing to service that I have entered into a contractual obligation with I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal. The term of this obligation is a single service for a one-time clean up or a term of one (1) month for weekly and biweekly service and that the service will automatically be renewed for a period of one (1) month upon the completion of each billing cycle. If your card declines two weeks in a row, service will be paused until the invoice is paid. It is my right and responsibility to notify I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal if you wish to cancel services with no less than one (1) week's previous notice. Service will continue to be performed through the end of the billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for services that have already been paid for.
I understand that I have a legal obligation to pay for these services by the due date listed on the invoice and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed on the scheduled date that was determined. Communication is key. You are still responsible to pay for any missed services during the time service was paused if the waste has not been picked up since the last service we performed. In the event reoccurring service needs to be cancelled by I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal for nonpayment, each service performed that was not paid for will be billed at the clean up rate of $60 per service. I understand that I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal may file a claim with Arizona Small Claims Court after 30 days of nonpayment in an attempt to legally collect the debt owed, and I will be responsible for any and all legal fees associated with the nonpayment case. The city in which you reside in will be contacted to press charges for Theft of Services which is a misdemeanor crime in the state of Arizona. A collections company may be used to collect the owed debt which could result in the debt appearing on your credit report with the three credit bureaus.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal and its representatives with unobstructed access to my property and gate to complete these services and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. Additionally, I acknowledge that I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal is under no obligation to refund or credit my account if they are unable to perform their services due to my own negligence in this matter.
I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain a yard free of clutter, overgrown grass, or other obstructions that may prevent I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal and its representatives from performing their duties in an effective manner. I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal is not responsible for missed pet waste if such conditions exist. All efforts will be taken to collect as much waste as we can. When the conditions are cleared, any missed waste will be collected.
It is my responsibility to notify I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal of changes to the amount of dogs in the yard at any time. This includes having visitors. While we do not charge extra for short term visitors of a couple days, we must be notified for the technician’s safety. If your beloved pet passes away, please let us know so we can change your account to reflect the proper billing amount. If you adopt a new pet, please let us know so we may change the account to reflect proper billing and do a meet and greet with them. Failure to do so could result in being charged the price difference for the services performed where the additional dog was on the premises.
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure a safe environment for I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal and its representatives to perform their services. It is my obligation to remove any hazards including but not limited to aggressive dogs, broken glass, construction materials, and any other potentially harmful objects from the yard prior to service and that a failure to do so may result in the services not being performed. I acknowledge that I am legally obligated to cover all costs involved with any injury caused to I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal and its representatives due to my negligence in this matter. I Heart Poop will always double check that the gate is secured upon entering and leaving. It is your responsibility to check the gate to ensure it is properly closed after service. If there is a gap under your gate which is blocked by bricks or any other objects to prevent the dog from crawling under the gate, I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal is not responsible if a dog escapes a yard through that gap. We advise you to have that remedied to avoid such an occurrence.
A meet and greet might be required if the dogs will be in the yard at the time of service. This is for the safety of our technicians, and your beloved pets. Once approved, they may continue to be in the yard with us to enjoy cookies and cuddles if you approve. In the event your dog is ever aggressive, snapping with its hair raised, Corning the technician or bites them, we will require that dog be inside for all future services. If the dog is in the yard when we arrive, service will not be performed. If you are unable to secure the dog inside for the duration of the service, we will unfortunately need to terminate service.
I acknowledge that my service date and time is subject to change due to inclement weather, routing adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal or one of its representatives will notify me should a change occur.
If you are needing to pause service for two (2) weeks or more due to the dog not being on the premises (example/ you are on vacation and dog is with you or in boarding) and there is no waste accumulating during this time, please let us know at least one (1) week in advance. If we are notified on the day of service that service is not needed, you will still be charged for the service.
I Heart Poop Pet Poop Removal will do their best to always clean the full yard. Obstructed areas like trampolines, behind AC units if they are a tight space will not be cleaned up after if crawling is involved, or they cannot easily move between the wall and unit. Our technicians will do their best to remove everything they can while being safe.
I Heart Poop and it’s representatives are entitled to 2 weeks vacation a year. Services will not be performed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day. We will try our best to reschedule your service date to another date that week. You will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of a planned vacation, and no service will be performed that week. The following week, twice the amount of waste will be picked up from missing the previous week if we were unable to reschedule. If you will be cleaning up your yard on your own that week, please let us know so we can change billing to not charge you for a double service.
