You’ll receive an email within 24 hours to answer any questions, go over the specifics of the service, and schedule your cleanup.

If your clean up falls on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, we will try our best to move services to another day. If it is not possible, double duty will be performed the following service. All other major holidays are worked unless notified 2 weeks in advance.

We will be there rain or shine. Although, in the event of severe weather (e.g., monsoons, wind, lightning), you will be notified that service will be postponed to your next service date, where we will scoop double the doody.

The majority of our clients choose once per week service, but we also provide Bi-weekly service. Although, no two lawns are alike, we do offer other pet waste management solutions that include one time cleanups.

For the safety of our technicians, if we do a meet and greet, we would love to have your pups outside with us for attention and treats. While you know your dogs best, we are still strangers to them. Without you present, there is no way to know how they will react. It might be in your best interest to keep your dogs inside during service for your safety and the safety of your dog to ensure no bites happen, and no escape artists take a jog. We diligently close the gate behind us every time, but accidents happen (none on our watch to date thankfully!)

We do! We value our clients and want to reward you for letting the people in your life know about us. For each new client that you refer that signs up for weekly or biweekly service, we will give you a FREE service on their second month of being a client. You can refer as many people as you’d like, and we appreciate it so much!
We also offer a discount on our commercial grade deodorizing and sanitizing treatment that is normally $49.99, but reoccurring clients only pay $35 per treatment.
